This 1999 study looks at the 21st century defense technology strategies and whether they meet the national security challenges of the next two decades. The report concludes that achieving a joint-rapid response operations capability should become a major organizing construct for the US DoD's pursuit of the Joint Vision 2010 strategy paper.
