Publication

This document provides an overview of Swedish security policy for 2005-2007. Security policy aims include: 1) preserving peace and national independence, 2) promoting stability and security in the country's immediate vicinity, and 3) strengthening international peace and security. The report also addresses new developments in Swedish military defense, crisis preparedness, financial management, frameworks, and gives some examples of measures to be implemented in different regions of the country.
