Publication

This is the first iteration of the annual publication of the White Book of Ukraine. The White Book is intended to provide a continuing narrative on the direction being taken by the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces. This first volume focuses on explaining the provisions of the State Program of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Development for 2006-2011. In the longer term the introduction of this annual publication will help establish a direct dialogue between society and the Armed Forces together with a mechanism to inform the international community about defense policy in Ukraine.
