The National Security Strategy of the Republic of Armenia is a system of state policy aimed to guarantee state, public, and individual security, sustainable development and the maintenance of the Armenian identity. The main goals of the strategy are an efficient system of governance, the consolidation of democratic values, increasing the independence and impartiality of the judiciary, increasing the compatibility of the armed forces, increasing the efficiency of security and law-enforcement structures, ensuring effective international engagement and creating comprehensive social justice.
