Publication

This review seeks to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the efforts of Spain to meet its defense needs and those of its security partners and allies. It proposes the creation of new structures and mechanisms for decision-making, and the modification of old concepts. These reforms are intended to ensure the fulfillment of the missions constitutionally entrusted to the Armed Forces, to reinforce commitments to the Atlantic Alliance and to better contribute to the European security and defense instruments.
