Publication

This second edition of the Book of Defense contributes to the analysis and the determination of the Chilean defense policy. It evaluates the international scene and ascertains which situations have remained unchanged and which have changed. It also contributes to the transparency of the Chilean government. In addition this book aims at a dialogue and work between the representatives of the State and other academic, political and economic actors related to or relevant to defense issues.
