Publication

This annual publication discusses measures taken to address the disintegration of the Ukrainian armed forces. It provides an overview of the reform steps, including an intensification of unit combat training, an improvement of individual training, and an upgrade of units and service personnel during international training and international peacekeeping operations, as well as the acquisition of modern armoured vehicles and modernized aircraft. It is further envisaged to renew the complete package of documents that define defence policy, to finalize the Strategic Defence Review and develop the State Comprehensive Programme of Reform and Development of the Armed Forces 2011-2015.
