This White Paper outlines a blueprint for France’s future defense strategy highlighting its three priorities: protection, deterrence and intervention. It then examines the plan within the context of: 1) the state of the world, 2) France's priorities, 3) engagement with NATO and EU allies, 4) methods of implementation, and 5) the available resources.
