Nicholas Bahrich

Nicholas Bahrich is a PhD candidate at the Center for Security Studies (CSS) at ETH Zurich. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Zurich where he specialized in policy evaluation. Nicholas’ Master’s thesis studied the long run impact of American immigration reform. During his Master’s, Nicholas also worked as a Research Assistant at the ETH Zurich Immigration Policy Lab.

Nicholas’ current research interests lie at the nexus of economics and security. Specifically, his research focuses on the impact of firm-level foreign and security policy risk and more generally, the relationship between firms and states.
