Energy Security

On October 22, 2014, the CSS, together with the think tank “Avenir Suisse”, organized a second discussion on energy security at ETH. The event began with Mr. Konstantin Staschus, Secretary General of ENTSO-E, and Professor Justus Haucap, Director of the Düsseldorf Institute for Competition Economics, discussing “Energy Security in the Open Market”. The following debate included Mr. Urs Meister (Avenir Suisse) and was moderated by Professor Andreas Wenger, Director of the CSS. Due to a large attendance of experts and the interested public, the debate hat to be shown on video in a neigbouring conference room.
