Publication

This paper briefly establishes the background to the NATO discussion about energy security. It then turns to examine the areas where the alliance can make a positive contribution to the wider energy security. Third, the paper looks at the relationship between Gazprom and Naftohaz Ukrainy, and why this poses an ongoing problem before highlighting possible ramifications for NATO.
