This is a transcript of a speech by Goldman Sachs Chairman Jim O'Neill in which he discusses the BRIC concept that he coined in 2001 to describe the group of emerging economies of Brazil, Russia, India and China. He addresses the growing geopolitical and economic significance of these countries, as well as the importance of other emerging countries.
