This report assesses the influence which the Department for International Department (DFID) and AusAID-funded Regional Hunger and Vulnerability Programme (RHVP) had on policy, and summarizes the lessons learned from these experiences. Firstly, it assesses the changes seen in six key stakeholder groups over the life of the programme. Secondly, it analyzes the causes and influences behind these changes. Finally, the lessons this has for future programmes similar to RHVP, and for DFID are explained.
