Publication

This paper examines Turkey as a rising power and its engagement with Central Asia including its contemporary bilateral relations, multilateral forums, economic ties, aid provision, and security cooperation. The paper concludes with some key questions for future research related to Turkey’s role in the management of conflict in Central Asia.
