Publication

This paper discusses the proliferation and misuse of small arms and light weapons (SALW) in Kenya as well as how to improve the control of such weapons in the country. The author also discusses how improving the effectiveness and accountability of local security services is crucial to overcoming challenges related to SALW misuse and proliferation.
