This brief assesses the United Kingdom’s role in the ongoing conflict in Yemen. More specifically, it 1) investigates whether UK weapons were used in alleged war crimes in the conflict; 2) calls on the UK to support international efforts to investigate any such crimes; and 3) urges the British government to take immediate steps to withdraw material and political support for Saudi Arabia’s bombing campaign against Yemen.
