This brief examines the concept of "Russophobia" and how it’s helping shape Russia's “identity discourse.” Indeed, as the brief’s author sees it, this particular phobia is a convenient delusion the Russian people have embraced in order to insulate themselves from any doubts about their bellicose government's recent policies and behavior.
