Publication

This paper examines the reforms carried out in the 2000–2006 period in Russia. It presents the reforms which followed a different or opposite direction, as compared to the Russian president’s pre-election declarations. It also summarizes the changes that have occurred in Russia over the last seven years and examines their possible consequences for the future of the Russian Federation.
