Publication

This study is intended to provide solutions for and stimulate a conversation about the need to provide the necessary funding for US' foreign policies. It argues that there is a need for more diplomats, foreign assistance professionals and public diplomacy experts to achieve US' national objectives and fulfill its international obligations. The study offers a path forward, identifying responsible and achievable ways to meet the nation's needs.
