The World Organization Against Torture (OMCT) is a coalition of local, national and regional NGOs that oppose arbitrary detentions, torture, summary and extrajudicial executions, forced disappearances and other forms of human rights violations. The OMCT accomplishes these ends by developing and implementing specific anti-torture programs, and by providing personalized medical, legal and/or socially-centered assistance to torture victims.
