ETH Workshop: Autonomous Weapons Systems

The 27th ETH Workshop took place on 3 February 2017, discussing the following topic: "Autonomous Weapons Systems and their effects on Security Policy".

In the first panel, experts from abroad discussed recent trends in technology, automation and Autonomous Weapons Systems. The second panel was devoted to International Law and Disarmament Policy. In the third panel, representatives of the army, police and parliament discussed potential impacts on Swiss Security Policy.
