ETH Evening Talks: "Is Putin firmly in the saddle? Internal political dynamics in Russia”
On November 16th, 2023, the CSS held an evening talk on internal political dynamics in Russia, building on the knowledge of speakers Dr. Sabine Fischer and Prof. Dr. Jeronim Perović.
Internal political dynamics in Russia
Russia's military aggression against Ukraine has unhinged the European security architecture. Internal political dynamics in Russia are a key factor for a possible end to the war and the further development of relations with Moscow.
The event unfolded with two presentations, each providing unique insights. A dynamic Q&A session followed the presentations. Dr. Oliver Thränert, the Head of the Think Tank at CSS, moderated the discussion.
