Organizations and Resources Network
The Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs is a nonprofit, nonpartisan educational resource for those committed to, or interested in, the peaceful resolution of conflicts. As an organization, it assumes that incorporating ethical principles and concerns into transnational debates inevitably yields more effective policies, both in the United States and elsewhere.
