Organizations and Resources Network

The Centre for Policy Alternatives (CPA) is an independent, non-partisan organization that develops and disseminates public policy alternatives in order to strengthen and safeguard democracy, pluralism, the rule of law, human rights and social justice. In pursuing these ends, the CPA thus seeks to strengthen public accountability in governance and awareness of the policy making process. Finally, it contributes to conflict resolution processes in Sri Lanka and the South Asia region.
