The Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering (ICST) is a professional society that works both to harness and maximize the benefits of ICT in all sectors of human society. More specifically, the Institute embraces web technologies to 1) promote democracy, transparency and excellence in science and innovation, and 2) to conduct activities that directly enable its members to succeed and obtain objective recognition.
