Organizations and Resources Network

The Danish Committee for Aid to Afghan Refugees (DACAAR) is an international NGO that promotes sustainable development in Afghanistan, primarily by encouraging local communities to direct and manage their own growth. In pursuit of this end, DACAAR coordinates its activities with civil society organizations, the private sector and governmental institutions. Collectively, these entities focus on poverty eradication and the return and re-integration of both Afghan returnees and internally displaced persons.
