The International Association for Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research (HPCR International) is a non-profit organization based in Brussels, Belgium. Established in 2005, HPCR International develops information management and advanced training tools for international agencies, governments, and non-governmental organizations active in conflict situations. Its work serves the community of individuals working in the field of humanitarian assistance and protection, with a particular focus on professional training, workshops, and certification.
