The Spanish-Morocan Socioeconomic Development Foundation (FHIMADES) aims to promoting socioeconomic development opportunities between Spain and Morocco after the enactment of the European neighborhood policy. It aims to contribute to improving the welfare of Spain and Morocco who live along the external border of the European Union.
