The Documentation Center of Cambodia (DC-Cam) is an independent, nongovernmental research institute dedicated to promoting memory and justice in Cambodia. It aims to help Cambodians heal the wounds of the past by documenting, researching, and sharing the history of the Khmer Rouge period.
