The International Centre For The Study Of Radicalisation (ICSR) is an academic partnership that includes 1) King's College London, 2) the University of Pennsylvania, 3) the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, 4) the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy, and 5) Georgetown University. The Center's mission is to improve public awareness and knowledge in the following areas -- diplomacy and strategy, public administration and policy, security and counter-terrorism, and international conflict resolution.
