Control Arms is a global civil society alliance that dedicates itself to the implementation of an international Arms Trade Treaty 'with teeth in it'. In other words, the alliance strives to apply a legally-binding agreement that will stop the transfers of arms and ammunition that contribute to conflict, poverty and serious violations of human rights and international law.
