The Center for Security Studies (CSS) performs original research, policy-centered analyses, and consultancy work that focus on Swiss and international security. It performs these activities in order to 1) facilitate a wider understanding of the challenges associated with security policy development, and 2) to contribute to a more peaceful world, primarily by functioning as a bridge between academia and practice.
