The Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies (BIPSS) is an independent, non-profit organization that 1) focuses on a broad spectrum of peace and security issues in its region and beyond, and 2) 'chalks out' comprehensive frameworks that are designed to promote generalized peace and stability. In doing so, BIPSS links together leading strategic thinkers and academics, media-based analysts, and former members of the civil, foreign and armed services.
