The Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA) is an agency consisting of three units: policy, research and development; education, training and exercises; and recruitment and operational support. These units address topics and activities including conflict-prevention, the development of doctrine and methodology, security sector reform, disarmament, demobilization and reintegration, rule of law, internal training and exercises, and staff deployment.
