Organizations and Resources Network

The Digital Humanitarian Network (DHN) is a network of organizations that provide information-based services to 1) communities affected by disasters, and 2) those who are formally responsible for aiding them. Put another way, the basic aim of the DHN is to facilitate the interaction between professional humanitarian organizations and informal volunteer and technical networks in order to improve humanitarian responses.
