The Small Wars Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose primary purpose is to publish the web-based "Small Wars Journal." In doing so, it aims to 1) facilitate the exchange of information among practitioners, thought leaders, and students of small wars, and 2) advance the self-determination, freedom and prosperity of those who are directly affected by this type of conflict.
