The African Journal of Food, Agriculture, Nutrition and Development (AJFAND) is a quarterly peer reviewed journal that focuses on a range of scientific and development issues, including agriculture, food, nutrition, environmental management and sustainable development. The main aims of the journal include improving  policy and decision-making in the fields of food, agriculture, nutrition and development as well as to enhance public knowledge of emerging technology and its regulation.
