Organizations and Resources Network

The Norwegian Helsinki Committee (NHC) is a non-governmental organization that works to promote human rights in Norway and around the world through monitoring, reporting, teaching and democracy support. The NHC particularly focuses on countries in Europe, Central Asia and North America, and for the last few years its work has concentrated on states in the former Soviet Union and the West Balkans.
