Organizations and Resources Network

The Program on Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research (HPCR), which is a collaborative effort between the Harvard School of Public Health, the Executive Office of the United Nations Secretary-General, and the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, provides technical assistance and information support for international organizations, particularly the UN. In practical terms, that means the HPCR provides policy inputs on humanitarian law, human security and conflict management, and the role of new information technologies in the policy-making work of governments and international organizations.
