The National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan and public policy-centered research organization that aims to develop and promote private, free-market alternatives to US government regulation and control. Founded in 1983, the organization specifically focuses on public policy problems related to health care, taxes, social security, education, energy and the environment.
