Organizations and Resources Network

The Centre for Air Power Studies (CAPS) is an independent, non-profit and non-governmental organization that focuses its research and analyses on the evolving international security environment, national-level defense issues, and aerospace power developments. In fulfilling its charter, CAPS aims to 1) facilitate greater understanding of security-centered problems, especially among armed forces and the general public, and 2) improve policy generation and decision-making processes.
