The Center on International Cooperation (CIC) works to enhance international cooperation, primarily in order to increase peace and security, redefine the international community's engagement with fragile states, secure strategic resources and tackle climate change. The Center additionally labors to provide expert advice on global conflict crises and shape the debate on new approaches to global development.
