Organizations and Resources Network
The International Coalition for the Responsibility to Protect (ICRtoP) brings together NGOs from throughout the world to 1) strengthen a global consensus on RtoP norms, 2) further the understanding of these norms, 3) push for more resources to prevent and halt genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity, and 4) push for actions to save lives in country-specific RtoP situations.
