The Conflict Research Group (CRG) is a multidisciplinary research unit at Ghent University. It focuses on 1) the micro-level dynamics and impacts of civil conflicts, and 2) the links between local and global dimensions of violence. In pursuing these ends, the CRG specifically looks at resource, governance and humanitarian aid issues.
