The International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) is an independent think tank that aims to facilitate greater international cooperation in the fight against terrorism. It fulfills this goal by acting as a forum for international policymakers and scholars to share their insights, primarily through ICT publications and events, and through its database on global terrorist attacks, organizations and activists.
