Organizations and Resources Network

The European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) is an intergovernmental association that works to 1) facilitate the development of breakthrough scientific concepts and products, and 2) strengthen Europe's research and innovation capabilities. In order to accomplish these ends, COST brings together scientific communities in Europe and around the world; provides networking opportunities for 'early stage' researchers; and trumpets the results of scientific-technological research to policy makers, regulatory bodies, national decision makers and the private sector.
