The Usalama Reforms Forum is a Kenya-based research organization that focuses on the generation and promotion of best practices in two specific areas – community safety and security. The Forum was initially founded in 2008 as a police reforms lobby with the mandate to consolidate civil society engagement in Kenya's security sector reforms programs.
