The Society for Human Rights and Prisoner's Aid (SHARP) is an NGO that strives to establish harmony, solidarity and legal/human rights awareness among the people of Pakistan, primarily through education and training seminars, lectures, symposiums and workshops, and through mass media. The SHARP performs these various functions in order to 1) reduce injustice through legal advice and counsel; 2) provide formal, informal and technical education to neglected and poor children; and 3) create awareness of basic fundamental human rights.
