SEED is a global partnership for action on sustainable development and the green economy. SEED supports innovative small-scale and locally driven entrepreneurs around the globe who integrate social and environmental benefits into their business model. The SEED Program also provides insights to policymakers to stimulate a more enabling framework for such enterprises. Prior to 2015 it was known as the Seed Initiative.
