The European Training and Research Centre (ETC) is a nonprofit organization that is part of the University of Graz. It focuses its theoretical and practical work on the enforcement of human rights and democracy, with a particular emphasis on human rights education, human rights at the local level, anti-racism and non-discrimination, democracy, the rule of law, good governance and human security.
